Features

One assistant. Three things it does.

Pocket Desk is one private Telegram bot. It scans business cards, sorts your voice notes, and answers questions about your week. Here’s what each part actually looks like.

📇

Snap

Snap the card. Book the meeting. The invite is out before the handshake ends.

What it does

  • Take a photo of a business card, any angle, any readable lighting.
  • We pull out name, company, title, email, phone, website, and address.
  • Instant buttons: Schedule Meeting · Just Save · Discard.
  • Tap Schedule, then type or voice-note when and where. The meeting lands on your calendar and the invite goes to their email.
  • Contacts live in your private list, browsable by letter or search.

Brain Dump

Voice-note everything. We sort the chaos.

What it does

  • Record a voice note in the car, between meetings, before bed.
  • We turn it into text and sort each thought: tasks, meetings, or notes.
  • Tasks land in your Google Tasks. Meetings land on your Google Calendar. Notes go into a dated doc inside a Brain Dump folder in your Drive.
  • Review the result before it saves. Save All, or Discard if you change your mind.
  • Each dump is its own timestamped doc. Open your Brain Dump folder and see every thought you've had this month.
